Yibin Paper Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yibin Paper"), formerly known as "China paper factory", was founded in 1944. Yibin Paper was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1997 (Stock Code: 600793). On January 8, 2018, Wuliangye Group became the controlling shareholder of Yibin Paper.
In September 2012, Yibin Paper began to implement the overall relocation. The new area is located in Peishi light industrial park, Nanxi District, Yibin City, covering an area of about 1000 mu. The total pulp and paper production capacity of the first phase project in the new area is 550000 tons / year.
